The two-person-brewery based in central Gothenburg, right by the river.
We, Anna and Niclas, started out as homebrewers back in 2015, and in 2017 we took the leap and founded the brewery, Fermenterarna. Since then, we’ve been brewing small-batch beer with big personality, one can at a time.
We specialize in hazy hop bombs and fruit-packed sours, but we’re always exploring new styles and flavors. No two brew days are the same, and that’s just how we like it.

FOLKÖL
In Sweden we have a special type of beer called Folk beer. It’s beer with an ABV of no more than 3.5%. This kind of beer can be sold directly from the brewery.
We just canned three brand new, hoppy, juicy beers available to grab during our opening hours! All the merch you’ll find in our webshop is also up for grabs here at the brewery.
